Mark is an accomplished internet pioneer with five successful startups, including two public company exits and one private equity exit. A lifelong learner and skilled coach, he has an impressive track record in both startups and renowned companies like Adobe, Apple, CNET, and SAP.
With over two decades of e-commerce experience, Mark is an exceptional sales management executive. He has personally sealed numerous transformational deals and managed teams of varying sizes. Mark is proficient in communicating with all business aspects, including CTO, VP eComm, CMO, legal, and VP of procurement.
Holding a BS in Geophysics and dual MBAs, Mark excels with diverse technologies across multiple sectors. His most notable skills lie in building highly productive relationships to maximize potential. Mark’s vision and passion drive the company to deliver top-quality, tailored solutions for clients.
Lisa Penn is a highly accomplished professional with an extensive background in financial management, including budgeting, auditing, and accounting. Before joining OneVizion in 2019, she built a successful career at IBM, where she held various roles that showcased her strong attention to detail and grasp of numbers. Lisa’s deep understanding of financial processes and her ability to analyze data have made her a valuable asset to our team.
In her time at OneVizion, Lisa implemented the OneVizion solution to manage revenue reporting and cash forecasting. Her meticulous nature and keen financial acumen have been instrumental in driving our company’s growth and success. With a passion for excellence and a dedication to her team, Lisa continues to play a vital role in shaping OneVizion’s financial future.
Doug holds a strong implementation vision, leadership for OneVizion customers and the ability to manage the OneVizion platform roadmap process. His reputation for intimate familiarity with the processes and reporting tools required to successfully deploy wireless infrastructure at a national scale is unparalleled in the industry. He is based out of the OneVizion office located in Bellevue, WA.
Over his 25-year career in telecommunications, Doug has been responsible for innovating, executing, and delivering large infrastructure deployment programs domestically and internationally with AT&T Wireless, Reflex Communications, and The Walter Group. He holds a PMP certification from PMI and is a graduate of the University of Washington, Foster School of Business.
Randy is responsible for improving the overall value realized by OneVizion customers, with emphasis on performance of the platform, the user experience, and the productivity of end users and system administrators. Randy owns our product roadmap and works with our internal thought leaders as well as our customers to chart a clear course of development.
Randy brings to OneVizion an experienced career of successfully managing IT projects. He is a veteran who served in the Navy’s nuclear submarine program and earned a B.S. in Mathematics from the United States Naval Academy and a MBA from the Kellogg School at Northwestern University.
Jeff has decades of global business development and marketing experience in the wireless telecom infrastructure market and will focus on OneVizion’s business development and marketing efforts. Jeff held senior leadership roles in sales, marketing, and product management for RF, fiber, and microwave equipment manufacturers.
Jeff has a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and a Master’s in Business Administration.
With a deep background in telecom deployment and software applications, Andy provides clients with innovative and efficient solutions. Andy has built a professional network of clients and partners who have come to rely and depend on him and OneVizion. A collaborative hands-on leader who works well with teams of all size. Andy brings over 20 years of experience and solution sales to our valued clients.
With over 40 years of IT experience and a deep background of being a OneVizion customer (power-user), Tim oversees our Vizion Package development. His broad knowledge of the OneVizion platform and its true capabilities provides clients and partners with insight into innovative solutions. Tim is instrumental in assisting with the creation of new technological capabilities while assisting our valued clients in use and application.
Tim has a degree in Computer Science from Florida Atlantic University and has applied his talents with numerous large towercos and national general contractors (InSite Wireless/American Tower, Calibre Systems, HIIT Contracting).
Paul brings 20+ years of industry experience and education in organizational communication and management to OneVizion.
His efforts in network development have included program and project management, people management, leadership and professional development, along with organizational effectiveness.
Paul’s work at OneVizion is to create customer relationships where he understands their needs and can execute projects and provide solutions that meet those needs. He has worked throughout his career domestically and internationally with a focus on the best ‘customer experience.’
When not working with customers, he values his time with family, cooking, and endurance running.
Known as a visionary leader, strategic investor, and a results-oriented executive, Paul’s career spanned global corporations, entrepreneurial ventures, extensive M&A initiatives, and the coaching of prominent executives across multiple disciplines and industries. He is the Founder and Chairman of Polmondi Ventures where he focuses on strategic investments, mergers and acquisitions, turn around projects, and board advisory initiatives. Polmondi portfolio currently includes FourthWall (where Paul is also the Chairman and CEO), Gem Shopping Network, Simetric. Brightline, Chronwell, OneVizion, and Piriko.
A tech executive with a background in founding and managing six technology companies. With eighteen years of experience as a CEO in the software industry, he has led various companies through different stages of growth. Over the last five years, he has worked as a sell-side dealmaker with Corum Group, where he assists owners of privately-held software and technology companies. His work focuses on helping these owners achieve reasonable company valuations, navigate deal structures efficiently, and address potential liability risks and tax implications during the sale process. His approach is informed by a deep understanding of the technology sector and the challenges of selling a business.
Mullai is a champion for Customer Success with a strong technical background and strives to make her customers successful with their OneVizion platform solutions. Prior to OneVizion, she managed Customer Support at Nexidia and prior to that, she managed Customer Support and Professional Services at Jacada, Inc. Through the various positions she has held in her career, she has worked through the entire life cycle of enterprise solutions, which gives her valuable insight in ensuring her customer’s success.
Vann Prater oversees multiple facets of OneVizion’s operations including finance, accounting, legal, and supply chain. His lengthy executive experience with Fortune 100 companies manifests laser focus on external and internal customer success and efficient resource utilization.
Born and raised in small-town Nebraska, Vann lives with his wife Linda in Marietta, GA. When not working, Vann enjoys being outside and immersed in nature, being “Mr. Fixit”, and line dancing when compelled to be indoors.
David is responsible for our customer success strategy including implementation, support, and ongoing customer value realization. David thrives in large enterprise application development projects and is relentless in the pursuit of delivering the utmost quality and business value to all OneVizion client partners.
David comes to OneVizion from PowerPlan, Inc. where he managed large projects on Fortune 500 engagements delivering software solutions to Utilities and Oil and Gas companies. David holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
Mike has over 20 years of experience in the Telecom industry. The last several years have focused on senior system and data analysis. Mike has worked with all sectors including service providers, carriers, cable operators and infrastructure owners including utilities.
Mike holds a degree from John Brown University.
