President & Chief Executive Officer

As President and CEO, Bradley Velotta leads OneVizion’s strategic growth, operational execution, and cross-industry expansion. His leadership is centered on building scalable systems, high-performing teams, and lasting client partnerships.

His background includes decades of executive experience in management consulting and organizational leadership across the U.S. and Latin America, with deep specialization in the energy sector. A retired U.S. Army Lieutenant Colonel, he also brings significant expertise from serving as both an Infantry and Foreign Area Officer in global assignments.

Lisa Penn

Chief Financial Officer

Lisa Penn directs OneVizion’s financial strategy, reporting, and forecasting with a focus on sustainable growth and operational efficiency. Her analytical approach ensures sound decision-making and fiscal discipline across the organization.

Prior to joining the company in 2019, she held a series of finance and accounting leadership roles at IBM. Her expertise spans budgeting, auditing, and corporate financial planning, supporting cross-functional initiatives with clear, data-driven insights.

Dan Phillips

Chief Strategy Officer

Dan Phillips shapes the strategic direction of OneVizion, aligning business goals with operational performance and market opportunity. He drives initiatives that accelerate growth, strengthen positioning, and deliver measurable client impact.

His experience includes senior consulting roles at ScottMadden and Afterburner, advising enterprise clients on transformation and execution. A former U.S. Army Ranger and Infantry Officer, Dan brings a mission driven mindset to every aspect of strategic leadership

Doug Tribolet

Chief Delivery Officer

Doug Tribolet oversees implementation, deployment, and delivery operations across the OneVizion platform, ensuring clarity, accountability, and value throughout the customer journey. His focus is on operational execution and scalable delivery practices.

With more than 25 years in telecommunications, he has led infrastructure programs in wireless, fiber, and utility sectors worldwide. Previous leadership roles include AT&T Wireless, Reflex Communications, and The Walter Group, where he consistently managed complex, high-impact projects.
