OneVizion allows you to scale as your business scales. Businesses can start with a small implementation, focused on a single department, and easily extend the application across the entire enterprise as new needs occur.
Implementation and deployment of the OneVizion Platform can be generally categorized into three (3) basic functional areas – Organize, Collect and Use.
- ORGANIZE encompasses the analysis of a company’s basic business entities (for example, Markets, Sites, Projects, Jobs, etc.) and the structuring of relationships among these entities in a fashion that efficiently supports operational business processes.
- COLLECT involves entering, importing, or otherwise incorporating data into OneVizion. This can be as simple as manual entry through the user interface, or as comprehensive as importing hundreds of thousands of records using OneVizion’s fast and efficient import technology.
- USE comprises accessing information contained within OneVizion either through direct interaction with the user interface, or through the execution of reports. OneVizion supports the creation of reports in text, CSV, PDF or native Excel format. All data entered into the system is logged, audited, and subjected to security procedures.
